No help at all solving my problem or finding my order and why it has not been fulfilled am very unhappy with this service they were no help at all in solving my problem am a very dissatisfied customer very poor customer service department very poor service worst company I have ever dealt with very unhappy with the service I was provided woukd never use again.

Walmart plus. $.50 discount on Exxon and mobile gas
Walmart advertised heavily for their Walmart Plus week of April 28-May 4. 50 cent per gallon discount at Exxon and mobile stations.
It did not work all week. I called customer service 3 times and chatted once. I was promised every day that they were working on it. I went to 8 different stations in 2 different towns.
Same message, problem with the card. I tried 3 different cards and called my credit card company. It didn't go through to the credit card company and was not denied. In checking on this, many people had the exact same problem.
Shame on Walmart for not honoring people regarding their advertised specials. Walmart should apologize!

For a $30 loss you’d have had to buy 60 gallons of gas in 7 days. No way.
Agree. And you know that wasn’t the case. If the car’s tank was full, how would you buy gas at all those 8 stations visited ?
